I would like to eat  Poutine, tourtiere, cipa^te aux bleuets, and le sirop d'erable on fresh snow
I would like to try le trai^neaux 'a chiens and le pe^che blanche as well as climbing a (small) frozen waterfall.
I would like to learn about Samuel de Champlain, and Bohnomme Carnival
I would like to attend l'international de montgolfieres, and fly in a ballon; and le carnival de quebec to see the ice castle
