I would like to go to Le Carnaval de Québec because it is the biggest winter carnival in the world.  A city transforms into a winter wonderland.  One of the most popular food is le sirop d'érable, maple syrup poured on a bed of snow.  There is also Bonhomme Carnaval, mascot of the carnival.  In general, there are fun things to do there.
Les aurores boreales because it has northern lights, visible in July.  It is just a beautiful place to admire space, relax, and enjoy the scenic view.    
L'international de montgolfières because there are hot air balloons of all shapes.  It's a ten day festival with many things to admire.  
Les Laurentides because there is a nice foliage of leaves in the fall.  It's also spectacular and wonderful.
Chutes de Montmorency because the water fountain looks amazing.
